Whatever your need is, I will show you how to be in the driving seat, to present the best person you can be and to take control of your message. Remember - we aren’t born with these skills – we achieve success through perseverance, a real desire to succeed and a willingness to practise, practise, practise!

Any form of public speaking is essentially capturing in a few precious moments the best version of you. Finding your voice – your unique voice – is at the basis of connecting with your audience.
We all have different experiences of public speaking – different issues, different levels of skill, varying confidence – and I will work with you to establish exactly where your skill set is. There is no ‘one size fits all’ but a clear initial assessment and tailored plan will get you to where you need to be in the most efficient way possible. We’ll look at the message, your body language, and the ‘how’ of your delivery. Ultimately, it’s not about you but your audience. Understanding your audience is critical in answering these key questions: what do they need? Why do you think they need to hear you speak rather than reading your message? What is the ‘gift’ you’re giving them?
I have had many years of delivering targeted presentations to blue chip clients – clients who expect pertinent, personable and focussed communications – and I will bring this considerable experience to your situation.

You’re almost there and you’ve been asked for interview! In a sense so close – but it could be so far.
I will show you how to best prepare, to anticipate and be ready for a rigorous interview procedure so you can give the best version of yourself. Doing your research and being able to predict likely scenarios is critical for successful performance.
I will conduct mock interviews with you and we’ll discuss how to make a good and lasting impression. Much of your performance hinges on you understanding yourself and how you can make an invaluable contribution to your potential employer; self-knowledge and confidence are key ingredients that we will work on together. I will share with you my experiences of being an interviewee and more importantly my role as a team leader, interviewing alongside HR professionals using the latest interviewing strategies and techniques to identify credible candidates.

Your CV is the foundation of a well-prepared job application and is the first communication a potential employer will see to decide on your suitability for a role.
I will show you how to ensure that your experience on your CV adequately illustrates the skills that the employer is looking for. What should you include and what not? We will look at structure, tone and how to focus on the elements of your past roles that an employer needs to see.
Of equal importance is your covering letter. At a glance, you need to demonstrate a highly professional and polished response to the job advert. This is your opportunity to align your skill set with that of the role, your motivation for applying as well as your overall suitability, all wrapped up in a positive and can-do attitude! This will increase your chances of an interview and I will show you how to construct a response that will shine as much as your CV.
